Ladies Aid
St. John’s Ladies Aid members meet on the first Thursday of the month from September through May at 1:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. We start with a prayer and a dessert served by two of our members. After our tummies are satisfied, we have a short Bible study with Pastor Pless, followed by the WELS monthly video. We then start our meeting with a few words from our president, the roll call is taken, the minutes are read from the previous meeting and the treasurer’s report is given. Then comes old business, new business and committee reports. Our meetings are very casual with a lot of chit-chat. After the meeting is closed, we try to have some entertainment, like a member bringing something she collects, (antique post cards, glass paperweights, fancy handkerchiefs, etc.) or we play a game. In spring two of our ladies organize a bus trip and we invite anyone interested to join us. At Christmas we go out to a local restaurant for a good meal and a few gifts.
We encourage all of the ladies in our congregation to join us, as our main purpose is to enjoy good Christian fellowship and have a fun time.

Gleaners
St. John's Gleaners' Society meets on the second Thursday of the month September through May at 7:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria.  We start with a prayer and Bible study presented by Pastor Heiderich.  That is followed by the WELS Connection monthly video.  The business meeting may include discussions on a church festival dinner, the Cookie Walk, or community and/or WELS mission projects. Our December meeting is the Christmas dinner at a local restaurant where we also wrap gifts for a family and fill cookie containers for the church's shut-in members.  Our May meeting is a salad luncheon open to the ladies of the congregation and usually includes entertainment.  We encourage all of the ladies in our congregation to join us, as our main purpose is to enjoy good Christian fellowship and have a fun time.

Church Choir
Choir is held from September through May.  Any confirmed member is welcome and encouraged to join choir.  Practices are held Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:00pm.  When there is church on Wednesday evenings, we practice from 7:30pm-8:15pm.  We meet downstairs in the choir room.  We sing 4 part harmony on many pieces, but do sing unison and 2 and 3 part songs as well.  We sing about every 2 weeks for various services as well as all the church holidays and special services.  If you can only sing for part of the choir year or just for a certain month or church season that is fine too.  We do not take attendance.  Anyone who wants to do solos or small group singing is encouraged also.  The choir director is happy to assist with the music.  We have lots of fun as well as singing praises to the Lord!  All voices are welcome.  No Try-outs!  If you like to sing, "WE WANT YOU!"  The more the merrier!  We'd love to have you.  Contact, Dawn Panoch-Director/Accompanist, for any questions (920-295-3987).

Men’s Club
The Men’s Club was organized in 1950 at which time there were 50 members.  In 1951 the club erected a high fence around the playground and shared in the cost of black-topping the school parking lot.   They have also contributed to various projects for the church and the school.  In 2009, the club gave $4806.00 towards the new church doors and in 2010 the club contributed $810.00 to the boiler fund.  Other projects the club supports are the church picnic, the Easter breakfast, and the Christmas gift bags.

The main source of the funding comes from the collection of papers, aluminum cans from the Town of Princeton’s Recycling Center on the first and third Saturdays of the month.

The current Men’s Club has eleven members and one visitor.  The club meets on the second Monday of the month from September to May in the school cafeteria starting at 7:00pm.  The evening begins with a short devotion and is followed by a meeting after which the club enjoys refreshments and a few rounds of cards or any other entertainment the members wish to do.  New members and visitors are always welcome.
St. John’s Men’s Club has been very blessed by dedicated members who have kept the club active over the last fifty years. The current club thanks them for all of their time and efforts. If you have any questions please on contact any of the officers below:
